Video Editor, Animator - June 2021 to March 2023
As the sole video editor for My Modern Met Academy, my main priority is to take raw footage captured by artist instructors and create high-end courses that students will enjoy. This requires organization of mass amounts of media, consistency of branding/imagery, and a fast-paced schedule. I work on every aspect of editing; from L-cuts to audio stabilization to color grading. As well as condensing assets of 10+ hours of content into easily digestible 1-2 hour courses, I create graphics and animations, adapt videos to various social media platforms, create closed captioning files, and work with multiple teams to optimize workflow and increase engagement across all platforms. MMM Academy aims to be a top arts and culture learning platform within the next couple of years and we are well on our way with 9 amazing courses and many more to come!
